Sweet Mellow uses Postnord “traceable letters” for all shipments made within Sweden. Traceable letters are fully traceable and the price is from 55 SEK, depending on the weight of the letter. We always offer free shipping on orders over 850 SEK.

Normally the time of standard delivery within Sweden is 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri).

Shipping outside of Sweden, but within the EU, cost 90 SEK and takes 3-10 days. The packages are fully traceable.

 

Returns and exchanges online

- You can return any items purchased on Sweet Mellow online within 30 days of the delivery date.
- All products must be returned in original condition, with all tags still attached (unless faulty).
- The items should be sent to Sweet Mellows office address;
